Real Estate Zadar

 Zadar was the first town on Croatian soil to have a University in 1396. (It was founded by the Dominican order on the grounds of their Monastery of St. Dominic). The settlements of the Zadar county came into existence in an area favorable for man's livelihood in the very centre of the Croatian coast, enclosed by many islands and with a lake, river and rich hinterland, protected harbors and extremely appropriate climate are reasons why many an army frequented it - destruction and reconstruction have always been a way of life.

Night of the fool Moon, July

For the Night of the fool Moon city of Zadar turns its lights off on one day in July, usualy on 30 July, this event is followed with live music, usually traditional Dalmatian songs.

Beach-side restaurants cook up gigantic fish. People are dancing till dawn on the beach and on the streets.

NP Paklenica

With its surface area of 96 km2, from the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea to the highest peaks of the Velebit Mountains, Vaganski Vrh (1757 m) and Sveto Brdo (1753 m), Paklenica abounds with numerous natural wonders and phenomena, which is why the entire area was proclaimed a national park in 1949.
